Japanese A

In Japanese A, Students whose first language is Japanese study "Literature and Language." They investigate the historical background and culture of literary works, analyze them logically, present their findings, and engage in discussions about them. The analysis also includes films, manga, commercials, and other media. Through inquiry-based learning, students develop the ability to discern the essence of things and improve their communication skills.

English A: Language and Literature

Join us to discover amazing places and ideas.From these, your unique viewpoint can create original ideas that inspire you to change the world. We will learn to enjoy reading, interpreting, and non-fiction. We will even expand our scope to include works such as movies, comics, and advertisements. Through this course you will become a more critical and knowledgeable thinker and communicator.

English B

English B is a language acquisition course, so it focuses on improving language proficiency in English as a second language on a daily basis. However, beyond that, it emphasizes exposing students to various cultures through English, accepting the values cherished by each culture, broadening their perspectives, and helping them form their own values. Please experience how to "perceive the world through English."

Japanese B

To learn a language means to learn its culture. By experiencing Japanese through many kinds of text types such as newspaper articles, emails, news, conversations, presentations, comics and so on, we’ll learn the concepts of Japanese culture and Japanese society. Learning a different culture helps us recognize who we are and open our eyes to diverse values. Let’s learn together to broaden our horizon!

Math: A & A

One of our goals in this class is to find connections between the subject of mathematics and the world. We will search for answers, engage in dialogue and collaboration, and find connections with other subjects. Through this multifaceted study of mathematics, students will hone their ability to think constructively about the present and the future of the world in which we live.

Economics

Economics is the broad and logical study of the economic activities around us and the world economy. In today's world of limited resources and excessive competition, what choices should we make? What kind of decisions are companies and governments required to make? By focusing on and exploring these issues, students will develop a global mindset.

Music

In this age of increasing mechanization, what is the significance of creating and playing music with our own hands? Music is a mirror that reflects human beings and society. If we listen not only to the actual sound but also to what is put into the sound, we will find the answers there. Students will be exposed to various genres of music to hone their understanding and acquire the creativity to pioneer the future.

Chemistry

To know chemistry is to unravel the environment that surrounds us. In this subject, we will not only learn the terminology and history, but we will also examine everything around us, from chemicals to food, and conduct experiments using a variety of methods. Explore the essence of matter while experiencing the fun of chemistry, which involves correctly identifying, measuring, and combining substances.

Environmental Systems and Societies

Over the course of two years, students will study a wide range of content from scientific areas such as energy and ecosystems to population, resources, pollution issues, and social problems. ESS is characterized by the use of case studies to identify specific problems, discuss solutions, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the results of those solutions. The course is characterized by the use of case studies. Students are required to analyze various perspectives such as history, economics, geography, politics, ethics, etc., and in the process are able to apply their knowledge of other subjects they are studying.

Biology

Students will study "Molecular Biology," "Genetics," "Ecology," "Evolution and Biodiversity," and "Human Psychology" as required units. In addition, students will study one of the following elective compulsory units: "Neurobiology and Behavior", "Biotechnology and Bioinformatics", "Ecology and Conservation", and "Human Physiology".
